Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions from our customers. If you have a question that is not answered below, please contact us here and we will get in touch as soon as we can.

Q: If my vehicle's frame is damaged, is it a total loss?

A: No, we will conduct a full inspection of your vehicle to determine its condition.

Q: Can you match the paint colour on my car?

A: Absolutely! We offer exception colour matching and car painting services in our car paint shop.

Q: How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

A: It depends on the accuracy of the MPI estimate and the extent of the damage on your car. It also depends on the type of auto body repair work you require. Just bring in your vehicle for inspection or give us a call and we will be able to give you a better estimate.

Q: How can I get a rental car?

A: We have a fleet of 25 replacement vehicles that can be booked on request. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service so feel free to use these vehicles without extra charges.

Q: How will I know when my car is done?

A: We keep you informed every step of the way on the progress of your auto repairs and will notify you when the work on your vehicle has been completed.

Q: Is there a warranty on the repairs done on my car?

A: We offer a lifetime warranty on the work that we do for as long as you own the vehicle.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, major credit cards and debit for all our auto repair services.

Q: What recommendations and precautions should be taken in the first 30 days after work has been done on my vehicle?

A: We have come up with a list of Do's and Don'ts for you to follow.

DO:
•Was your vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash solution, using a soft cloth or sponge
•Use only clean, fresh water to clean your vehicle
•Always wash your car in the shade

DON'T:
•Do not use a commercial car wash. Stiff brushes or sponges could affect the finish and even damage your vehicle
•Try to avoid driving on gravel roads. Chipping can easily occur within the first 30 days
•Do not 'dry wipe' your vehicle as it might scratch the finish
•Avoid parking under trees and utility lines to minimize the chances of bird droppings or sap on your newly finished vehicle.
•Take care not to spill oil, antifreeze, gasoline, transmission fluid or windshield solvent on your new finish.
•Avoid scraping ice or snow off your vehicle as you might also remove the newly painted surface
